The TSG is a group of experienced technicians with a dedicated dispatch team to respond to emergency IT calls and scheduled maintenance events. This group also participates in discrete projects such as desktop deployments, server installations, wireless design and integration and the like.
The TSG is authorized to perform warranty repairs on HP, IBM and Lexmark products. Out-of-warranty service can be provided on virtually any IT product from specialized printers to common desktops and notebooks.
The TSG offers many different unique service products that clients can purchase in set quantities. This set of products called “Product Aid” is designed to help clients reduce the impact of equipment failure with regularly scheduled maintenance activities. Simple activities from cleaning to critical tasks such as security and operating system updates are performed. The service reduces down-time cost by catching potential problems before they cause havoc in your organization.
