Many of our vendors have authorized us as their warranty repair centre. This provides purchasers a single point to obtain quick manufacturer service rather than have to ship it somewhere and then wait for a long period. We also provide repairs on any computer equipment such as laptops, printers, computers, and monitors for many brands.
Our skilled technicians will diagnose the problem, give you the estimated cost for repair, order any parts and fix it in a timely manner. We also provide our own warranties for our work and in the case of organizations with service contracts, will provide loaners if we have them in stock.
Besides fixing problems, we also do preventative maintenance such as cleaning equipment, replacing parts that wear out, testing and verification of components or systems. Usually, a Service Contract includes some form of maintenance and monitoring to avoid disastrous situations and minimize downtime.
