DESCRIPTION:
Zycom Technology Inc. is Kingston's leading Information Technology provider to corporate customers. We have an immediate requirement for the following personnel;
System Analyst
You would be responsible for providing day-to-day project support for a major desktop rollout. In tandem with a project manager, you would be responsible for developing Windows 2000 migration plans, testing and validating applications, and deploying systems. You would be expected to build and maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
Our ideal candidate would possess:
- A technical diploma
- MCSE 2000 certification
- 5 years of experience in the IT industry
- System management and network administration experience
- Application support experience with Microsoft SMS
- Excellent end-user support skills
System Support Specialist
You would be responsible for providing project support for a major desktop rollout. You responsibilities would include installing Windows 2000 desktops at end-user locations, break/fix support for older desktop systems and printers and general help-desk support.
Our ideal candidate would possess:
- A technical diploma or equivalent
- MCSE 2000 certification
- A+ certification
- 3 years of experience in the IT industry
- System management experience
