Technical Support Specialists
You would be responsible for providing day-to-day end user support (both hardware & software) at locations in and around the Peterborough area. Your responsibilities would include: break/fix support for desktop systems and printers; basic network troubleshooting; and general support as directed by help-desk personnel.

To be considered, you must have the following qualifications as a minimum:

• 2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry
• A technical diploma or equivalent
• A+ certification
• Basic knowledge of Novell/Microsoft networks
• Excellent end-user support skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers licence
• Be able to pass a “Police Records Check”

In addition, our ideal candidates would possess:

• Novell CNA or CNE
• MCSE in 2000 or NT
• System management experience
• Familiarity with Lotus Notes
