Enterprise Server
Worked with the ITS department to deploy a new, high availability Laboratory Control System for the region health network. The system included a Compaq Alpha Datacenter Cluster (DS20
Alpha Server), storage (StorageWorks RA7000), tape back up (DLT mini-library) installation, integration, and 24X7 service.
Zycom has also been involved with providing HP NetServer Intel servers to support KGH's financial application on SAP. This included configuring and installation services.
Enterprise Networking
Zycom has been involved in the on-going evolution of KGH's LAN and WAN infrastructure. This includes the design and deployment of the wide area network for the regional health network based on Cisco products. Overall network deployment for internal LAN on Digital DEC hub technology and Cisco switches.
Enterprise Storage
Designed and deployed storage array solutions supporting HP UNIX - SAP Servers and Windows NT servers in an effort to move towards centralized Enterprise Storage. Development of a Storage Area Network to support a multi-platform environment including VMS, NT, HP UNIX.
